Reworking another of my mistakes, we all make em' and my favourite thing to do is to learn from them and fix them. This process was a lot simpler, A complete head remodel, a partial hair remodel and a partial body edit and retexture. The original model was made while I was experimenting with a more conventional anime style before I committed and stylistically it suffers from symptoms of that. note to self: when you're in a style crisis don't do anything too time intensive because you will overthink it and it wont look as good as it could be. just wait until you've gained confidence again. An extra note is that the hair was modelled with a simplified rig in mind, using only 4 5-bone chains for the back, instead of each tendril being rigged individually (I don't know what was wrong with me).
oh yeah I also captured a screenshot in GMod since this model was made with a GMod port in mind, though she's also been rendered in Unity and Blender (I ported the OG model so I did it this time too, it's a long story lmao)
Entire model made and textured from scratch by me (I think that goes without saying idk).
